Responsibilities

Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet the required standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any manufacturing issues.

What will you need to be successful? Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is preferred. Experience: Proven
experience in a manufacturing or assembly role Prior
experience in orthopedic implant manufacturing or medical device assembly is preferred.
Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small tools and components.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of quality control principles and practices.
Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards related to medical device manufacturing is preferred.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

Compensation The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $21.27 - $31.97 USD hourly.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
