Own and optimize clinician scheduling by designing and maintaining templates that balance patient access, operational goals, and provider productivity.
Drive consistency and efficiency at scale by ensuring scheduling structures are aligned across territories and continuously improved through audits and data insights.

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (relevant
experience in healthcare operations, scheduling, workforce coordination, or operational analytics.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends. •
Experience working with EMR and/or scheduling systems.
Ability to interpret operational data and translate insights into actionable improvements. Nice to Haves: Bachelor’s degree. •
Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations in a fast-paced environment. •
Experience managing provider schedules, ideally across multiple locations or teams. •
Experience using data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to drive insights and decision-making.

Join the Upstream Rehabilitation team and play a key role in shaping the patient experience.
As a Patient Access Coordinator, you will own the development, maintenance, and centralized governance of clinician scheduling templates across the organization - ensuring consistency, visibility, and efficiency at scale.
In this role, you’ll drive scheduling strategies that support patient access, clinician productivity, and operational performance.
You’ll manage scheduling templates across clinics, coordinate setup for new hires, and adapt structures to reflect staffing changes, clinic operations, and evolving business priorities.
Partnering closely with clinic and patient access leadership, you’ll help build and sustain an optimized scheduling infrastructure across territories.
