- Own and optimize clinician scheduling by designing and maintaining templates that balance patient access, operational goals, and provider productivity.
- Drive consistency and efficiency at scale by ensuring scheduling structures are aligned across territories and continuously improved through audits and data insights.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (relevant
- experience in healthcare operations, scheduling, workforce coordination, or operational analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends. •
- Experience working with EMR and/or scheduling systems.
- Ability to interpret operational data and translate insights into actionable improvements. Nice to Haves: Bachelor’s degree. •
- Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations in a fast-paced environment. •
- Experience managing provider schedules, ideally across multiple locations or teams. •
- Experience using data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to drive insights and decision-making.

- Join the Upstream Rehabilitation team and play a key role in shaping the patient experience.
- As a Patient Access Coordinator, you will own the development, maintenance, and centralized governance of clinician scheduling templates across the organization - ensuring consistency, visibility, and efficiency at scale.
- In this role, you’ll drive scheduling strategies that support patient access, clinician productivity, and operational performance.
- You’ll manage scheduling templates across clinics, coordinate setup for new hires, and adapt structures to reflect staffing changes, clinic operations, and evolving business priorities.
- Partnering closely with clinic and patient access leadership, you’ll help build and sustain an optimized scheduling infrastructure across territories.
