- As Business Process Analyst, and as a part of the Maintenance Management Operations Support team within Operations Support Services, you will support enterprise work management by promoting consistency, improving system effectiveness, and enabling efficient operational execution.
- In this role, you will serve as a Maximo Work Management subject matter expert, addressing system and process issues while helping streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
- You will partner with Operations, IT, and Business Support to enhance system usability, maintain data integrity, and support a more efficient workforce, with a focus on standardizing practices and leveraging system capabilities to simplify work.
- Responsibilities/Expectations: Analyzes existing business processes; assists with developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements Creates and coordinates process improvement opportunities, researches and develops operational standards and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased efficiency and reduced costs Applies data analysis and technological skills to fulfil data analysis requests, produce metric reports, and support business decisions using data Leads
