Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field preferred
- experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, or IT
- Ability to work cross functionally, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment toward shared goals
- Strong ability to work independently while managing priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of configuration management principles and tools
- Experience with PLM systems such as Matrix or SmartSolve preferred
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP preferred You. Unlimited.

- Are you detail driven and passionate about ensuring accuracy in product data and documentation? As a Configuration Analyst based in Memphis, you will play a vital role in enabling change across our organization, partnering with cross functional teams to ensure our products and processes meet the highest standards.
- Facilitating the change management process, reviewing product structures and engineering change requests to ensure clarity, completeness, and compliance with procedures
- Analyzing the impact of changes to products, documentation, and components, including assessing interchangeability and defining appropriate actions
- Maintaining and improving change process documentation to ensure alignment with current policies, procedures, and business practices
- Supporting internal and external audits by clearly describing and demonstrating the change management process
- Partnering with site SMEs, functional teams, and global stakeholders to drive timely and effective change implementation
