Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field preferred
  • experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, or IT
  • Ability to work cross functionally, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment toward shared goals
  • Strong ability to work independently while managing priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of configuration management principles and tools
  • Experience with PLM systems such as Matrix or SmartSolve preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP preferred You. Unlimited.

As a Configuration Analyst based in Memphis, you will play a vital role in enabling change across our organization, partnering with cross functional teams to ensure our products and processes meet the highest standards.
  • Facilitating the change management process, reviewing product structures and engineering change requests to ensure clarity, completeness, and compliance with procedures
  • Analyzing the impact of changes to products, documentation, and components, including assessing interchangeability and defining appropriate actions
  • Maintaining and improving change process documentation to ensure alignment with current policies, procedures, and business practices
  • Supporting internal and external audits by clearly describing and demonstrating the change management process
  • Partnering with site SMEs, functional teams, and global stakeholders to drive timely and effective change implementation
