Qualifications Current or eligible Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice Prior senior living

Responsibilities Plans, manages and evaluates the programs and staff of the rehabilitation department Responsible for attending facility meetings such as stand-up, Medicare, care planning and others with approval of Director Operations Responsible for the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, which includes, but not limited to the following items: Ensure appropriate and adequate staffing at all times Monitor admissions Assign new evaluations and screens Develop treatment schedules Maintain
experience PDPM Supervisory in healthcare setting If foreign-trained, degree must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. entry-level What We Offer Competitive compensation ($50 - $55 per hour) Full
