Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end commercial launch activities, including pre-launch planning and on-market support
- Drive adoption and utilization across markets by partnering closely with Sales and Marketing teams
- Lead development of sales training content and support field onboarding for new product launches
- Develop clear, scalable materials and documentation to communicate workflows effectively to internal teams, particularly Sales
- Monitor competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and clinical trends in MRD
- Synthesize insights into clear recommendations for differentiation and strategic positioning
- Support development of future product concepts and Target Product Profiles (TPPs) based on market needs and strategic priorities
- Drive alignment and execution across stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Requirements
- We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to lead the commercial launches and ongoing growth of Latitude, our next-generation tissue-free MRD assay.
- experience across product management, consulting, marketing, or diagnostics. Familiarity with methylation-based technologies and/or oncology diagnostics is a plus. Primary Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in life sciences, engineering, statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred
- experience supporting or leading commercial product launches •
- Experience in oncology, diagnostics, or laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) strongly preferred •
- Experience working with products delivered as services is a plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong ability to translate strategy into execution and drive cross-functional alignment •
- Experience developing sales enablement materials and leading training initiatives for commercial teams
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and executive-level presentations for both internal and external audiences
