- WHAT YOU’LL OWN — Handle dispute cases that require human judgment, provider-specific nuance, or non-standard workflows — Investigate data discrepancies between internal systems and provider/network records — detect edge cases, document findings, work with engineering on root causes — Identify repetitive manual tasks and streamline them using AI tools, templates, and bulk-action workflows — Support new acquirer/PSP onboarding: validate dispute data mapping and act as ops-side QA before go-live YOU’RE A
