Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including developers, testers, architects and business SMEs.
- Drive technical delivery across a data-heavy environment, ensuring development and testing teams have what they need to execute successfully.
- Manage project governance, reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on in the detail of delivery.

Requirements
- experience managing end-to-end technology delivery. Banking or financial services experience is essential.
- Experience delivering regulatory, finance or accounting technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technology delivery.
- Experience working on data-intensive projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively from delivery teams through to senior executives.
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to navigate complex environments.
