Responsibilities
- Product investments: Drive decisions on 0→1 product bets, partnership evaluations, and changes to existing products by incorporating user research, conducting opportunity sizing, interpreting results of A/B tests, and evaluating longer-term impacts on Nextdoor product portfolio
- Identify risks and opportunities before they surface in the numbers
Requirements
- The team is flat, efficient, and an early adopter of AI agentic workflows - we spend our energy on strategy, frameworks, and critical insights, not reporting.
- Analytical rigor: Proficiency with large datasets and tools such as Databricks and Looker. Ability to conduct deep-dive analyses and derive strategic insights Modeling skills:

- The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $150,000 - $200,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role.
- We also expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With equal quarterly vesting, your first vest date would be within the first 3 months of your start date.
- Overall, total compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
