This is a quota-carrying, individual-contributor role requiring strong public-sector expertise, comfort with multi-stakeholder buying groups, and the ability to navigate complex procurement and contracting cycles.

Sword Health is seeking a Regional Vice President, Public Sector to accelerate growth across public sector organizations with 1,000–10,000 employees.
As Sword expands rapidly in public sector, this individual will own a mid-market territory and will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing new business within state and local government, public higher education, K-12 districts, and quasi-public entities.
The RVP will help organizations achieve meaningful cost savings while delivering measurable clinical outcomes and ROI through Sword’s digital MSK and Care solutions.
