- Responsibilities Designing Learning Experiences that Drive Engagement and Growth Design blended learning experiences, digital pathways, simulations, and performance support resources.
- Translate business priorities, SME input, and complex concepts into clear, engaging learner experiences.
- Apply storytelling, learner psychology, and modern learning practices to improve engagement, adoption, and retention.
- Partner with HRBPs, leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to co-create impactful learning experiences.
