Responsibilities
- - Ensure system scalability, availability, and reliability through proactive monitoring and automation.
- - Troubleshoot issues in both production and development environments.

- Responsibilities: - Directly manage a team of 5 other engineers, including weekly 1:1s, performance reviews, coaching/mentorship, and strategic prioritization - Mentor up and coming engineers - Participate and contribute to the Code Review process - Participate in the on-call rotation - Lead team syncs, retrospectives and other team-based ceremonies - Conduct technical interviews with candidates to help build the Prompt Team - Design, implement, and manage infrastructure for our cloud-based platforms (AWS)
- experience in a DevOps or related role. - Expert knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Strong
- experience with containerization technologies (Docker, ECS / Kubernetes). -
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and management. - Hands-on
- experience with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana) - Expertise in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc.). - Proficient with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation). - Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Skills: -
- Experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL). -
- Experience with PHP - Knowledge of security best practices and securing cloud environments. - Previous
