Own Okta’s compliance service offerings, including international and US public sector and our US Federal business
Oversee Okta’ Data Platform and help navigate its strategic role in providing analytics, frameworks for reporting, machine learning, messaging, and more to both internal and external customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure the successful launch and adoption of infrastructure products and services
Develop pricing strategies and models for infrastructure products and services
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs, and use this information to inform innovation, product decisions and prioritization
Built and lead a high-performing product management team, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to ensure their success
Define and monitor metrics for cloud infrastructure products and services, including availability, performance, and utilization, and use the data to drive continuous improvement

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $258,000 — $355,000 USD
Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington.
Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
