Responsibilities
- Implement and practice all Morningside Montessori School policies and procedures.
- Implement and practice all applicable CCEYA guidelines.
- Develop and implement an individualized Montessori program for each child including weekly planned presentations and record keeping.
- Ensure clean, organized, complete and well-prepared classroom.
- Prepare an environment in which the furnishings and materials are complete and correspond to the needs of the students.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and attractive Montessori environment, including routine care and maintenance of classroom materials Remuneration & Hours of Work:
Requirements
- Must have AMI or TMI or MACTE Accredited Casa Montessori Diploma.
- RECE certification in good standing is considered an asset.
- Current Standard First Aid, CPR and AED Level C.
- Supportive and reliable person with a high level of verbal and written communication skills.
- French language knowledge considered an asset. Responsibilities:
- Complete all required paperwork as designated by the office.

- This full-time Montessori Guide position beginning in late August to start the September 2026-2027 school year. Requirements:
- Current Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
- Patient, kind, friendly, respectful towards children, co-workers and families.
- Strong classroom management and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Provide collaborative support to the children and families in the classroom.
- Hours of work are Monday to Friday scheduled between the hours of 7:15am and 5:30pm with some after hour requirements as needed.
