Responsibilities
- Support execution of change management activities across multiple transformation and functional initiatives impacting Clinical Data Management
- Support stakeholder mapping and tracking, identifying impacted groups, key influencers, and engagement needs
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops, briefings, feedback sessions, and follow-ups
- Support development and delivery of communications aligned with project milestones and audience needs
- Coordinate business readiness activities to ensure teams are prepared for upcoming changes
- Support training and enablement planning, including coordination of materials, logistics, and follow-up actions
- Track change actions, milestones, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues where needed
- Maintain change management documentation, including trackers, stakeholder logs, and action plans
- Collect feedback from stakeholders to identify risks, resistance, and additional support needs
- Collaborate with project managers and business leads to integrate change activities into overall delivery plans
- Support monitoring of change adoption and implementation outcomes
- Promote consistency of change execution across multiple initiatives impacting Clinical Data Management Your profile
Requirements
- experience in Clinical Data Management or Clinical Operations who is comfortable operating across multiple concurrent initiatives in a dynamic, global environment. What you can expect from us
- University/college degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in Clinical Data Management or Clinical Operations
- Experience supporting or delivering change management activities
- Experience working on transformation or business change initiatives
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, communications coordination, and readiness activities
- Ability to track actions, manage dependencies, and maintain structured documentation
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to operate hands-on Nice to have Direct
- experience in Clinical Data Management environment
