Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated Canvas Apps with a focus on usability, responsiveness, and performance optimization.
- Build Model-driven Apps and automate business processes using Power Automate.
- Develop reusable Power Platform Component Framework (PCF) controls.
- Implement complex business logic using Power Fx and Dataverse.
- Configure and integrate Microsoft Omnichannel for Customer Service (CCaaS), including routing rules, workstreams, queues, and agent experiences.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, business rules, and JavaScript customizations within Dynamics 365.
- Design, develop, and integrate REST/SOAP APIs and web services with external enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application stability and performance.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and solution design documents.
- Estimate development effort and contribute to sprint planning and project execution.
- Track assigned work items, proactively identify risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Requirements
- The role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Omnichannel (CCaaS), and Microsoft development technologies to build scalable, secure, and high-performing business applications.
- Stay current with Microsoft's latest Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Omnichannel capabilities.
