Requirements

- About you - You have a strong grasp of how finance operations work end-to-end, built through
- experience in industry, practice, or audit.
- A background in finance or accounting is expected, though we’re open to the route you’ve taken to get there. - You think in systems.
- You’re genuinely curious about how automation and AI can change the way finance operations work. - You understand internal controls and can apply a risk-based approach: you know the difference between governance that protects the business and governance that just creates friction. - You communicate clearly and work well cross-functionally.
- Successful applicants will be required to undertake at least a Basic check via the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS).
- For roles that will involve a Regulated Activity, successful applicants must also undergo an Enhanced DBS check, including a Children’s Barred List check and a Prohibition Order check.
- Roles involving Regulated Activity may interact with vulnerable groups, therefore are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 meaning applicants are required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands, and final warnings.

- The Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Finance Operations Analyst to join Group Finance.
- Our finance operations are changing quickly: manual, transactional work is giving way to automated workflows, and the team is building out to match.
- In this role you’ll own accounts payable and procurement end-to-end, and act as system owner for Ramp (Bill Payments and Expense Management) and Omnea (Procurement Orchestration).
- That means working cross-functionally to get the most out of both platforms, finding where processes can be tightened or automated, and applying a risk-based approach to internal controls that gets the governance right without adding friction.
- You’ll also contribute to M&A integration work, helping to bring acquired and international entities onto Multiverse’s finance infrastructure and standardising how AP and procurement operate across them.
- It’s a good fit for someone who thinks in systems rather than tasks.
