Responsibilities
- - Manage and maintain legal document management systems, ensuring all contracts, amendments, and related documents are properly organized, tracked, and accessible - Monitor contract compliance and key dates, providing proactive notifications for renewals, expirations, and critical milestones - Oversee the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, including drafting standard agreements, managing approvals, and maintaining contract repositories - Develop and implement efficient contract

- experience in contract management, preferably in a fast-paced technology or AI company - You possess strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously - You have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and can effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels - You are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities - You have a practical, business-oriented mindset with the

- experience with standard contract types including NDAs, master service agreements, and procurement contracts - Familiarity with AI industry contracts and technology sector agreements will be considered an asset -

- The salary range listed for this role reflects the expected base compensation.
- Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
