Responsibilities

Accurate posting of payments received from multiple sources for multiple clients.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $16.98 - $21.22/hr For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Who we are looking for: Highly motivated Quality Review Specialist who can understand and perform the below
responsibilities in conjunction with our internal and external customers on the phone, via software applications and via email.
Reconciling deposits and resolving complex discrepancies.
Locating and uploading payment remittance advice (RA).
Reviewing remittance advice to assure appropriate payments , adjustments, balance transfers and recoupments are completed accurately Assists with special projects and compiles reports.
Responds to inquiries regarding payments and reconciliation.
Performs quality review on cash posting transactions to assure completed accurately, and according to the procedures established .
Makes procedure recommendations and updates procedure documents for optimal performance.
Communicates and works with clients and cross-functional departments to identify potential risks and solutions for performance improvement Identifies potential deficiencies in processes via analysis and trends.
Identifies training needs, provides education, and assists in implementation of procedure changes.
