  • Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. 2–3 years of progressive
  • experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar HR role.
  • Experience working in a multi-site environment. Demonstrated
  • experience in change management and business partnering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to act as a trusted internal advisor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving HR environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Experience supporting corporate functions in a complex organizational structure. Demonstrated ability to contribute to organizational transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience coaching and developing leaders.
