Requirements
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. 2–3 years of progressive
- experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar HR role.
- Experience working in a multi-site environment. Demonstrated
- experience in change management and business partnering.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to act as a trusted internal advisor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving HR environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Experience supporting corporate functions in a complex organizational structure. Demonstrated ability to contribute to organizational transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience coaching and developing leaders.

- Description Act as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) aligning business objectives with employees and management across corporate functions.
- Participate in the implementation of HR action plans, programs, and projects that support corporate objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs (e.g., skills development, retention, engagement) and implement appropriate solutions.
- Provide coaching to managers on HR-related topics, including employee management and leadership development.
- Contribute to change management initiatives and influence stakeholders across the organization.
- Provide recommendations to improve employee engagement and workplace experience.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and transformation projects.
