- experience in HR support, HR operations, employee relations, or similar functions, preferably within a shared services or tiered support environment. Hands-on
- experience with HRIS platforms (particularly Workday), including system navigation, data management, troubleshooting, and employee lifecycle changes.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors, supported by strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI, with the ability to analyze data, support continuous improvement efforts, and handle operational metrics (e.g., service levels, case handling).
- Experience supporting payroll-related processes, delivering customer-focused HR services, managing change communications, and interacting frequently with employees in a high-volume environment.
