Responsibilities

Enforce development standards, naming conventions, governance controls, and documentation practices.
Support UAT planning and execution activities.
Prepare demos, status reports, and KPI dashboards.
Coordinate with managed service providers and external vendors when required.
Design and maintain data models and relationships.
Implement security using roles and ACLs.
Build dashboards, reports, and analytics.
Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Scheduled Jobs.
Implement automated testing using ATF and support CI/CD or controlled deployments through update sets and source control.
Perform daily operational activities to ensure platform availability and service functionality.
Manage platform upgrades and application patching to maintain supported and secure environments.

The ServiceNow Developer – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is a technical role responsible for the design, development, configuration, and continuous enhancement of the ServiceNow Now Platform®, with primary focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules, including Demand Management, Project & Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Financial Management, and related workspaces and dashboards.
This position requires hands-on ServiceNow development across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments, including client-side and server-side scripting, Flow Designer, UI Builder/Service Portal development, data modeling, security and ACL configuration, integrations, and Automated Test Framework (ATF) implementation.
ServiceNow Development & Enhancement Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and SPM capabilities using: Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies and UI Actions Catalog Items Flow Designer and Workflows Develop scoped applications as needed.
