Responsibilities
- - Coordinate with project sponsors and key senior team members in defining and budgeting for new technology development efforts.
Requirements
- Managing RF systems technical projects at Lynk requires familiarity with wireless communications, modern communications signals and protocols, RF system design, high speed digital design, COTS component integration, and software and hardware development.
- Qualifications - A Bachelor’s Degree or better in science, engineering, or relevant technical field from an accredited university; a Master Degree in a relevant technical field is preferred. - 10+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in a Technical Project Management role. - Technical understanding of and
- experience working on RF System development projects, including RFFE design and test, antenna design and test, and digital beamforming system design and test (e.g., beamformers). - Demonstrated
- experience as a Technical Lead or Project Manager working in the RF domain is a plus. - Exposure to government programs and a current active security clearance is a plus. - Knowledge and understanding of processes, tools, and metrics essential for project monitoring and control and risk management. -
