Responsibilities

Lead M&A activity end-to-end, including due diligence, SPA / SHA drafting, regulatory filings, and closing mechanics.
Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, services agreements, supply contracts, JV agreements, and term sheets.
Manage and coordinate external counsel where required.
Monitor changes in applicable law and proactively flag material risks to relevant stakeholders.

Law degree; master's degree is an advantage.
experience in corporate, M&A, or banking and finance. Prior
experience in a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal role.
Fluency in English (working language); Romanian is an advantage.
Ability to work autonomously under pressure and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Knowledge of tax law. •

As Senior Counsel , you will serve as a legal architect and strategic advisor at Super, reporting directly to the Deputy General Counsel.
You will move beyond traditional legal review to become a proactive partner in project execution on high-priority matters, acting as primary legal contact for internal business units and external counterparts.
You will navigate complex regulatory landscapes as co-lead for M&A transactions, financing deals, and commercial contract negotiations end-to-end, ensuring project milestones are met with minimised risk and maximised commercial agility.
Admitted to practise in at least one EU jurisdiction or holds equivalent standing.
