- THE ROLE We're looking for a Lifecycle & CRM Lead to own everything that happens after a customer registers — activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, and referral.
- This is a zero-to-one role: no predecessor, no ceiling, and direct impact on the metric that matters most to our business.
- A 10% improvement in churn has the same P&L impact as acquiring 10% more customers at zero CAC.
- This individual contributor role is responsible for: - Owning activation flows from registration through to paying customer - Building and iterating onboarding sequences from purchase to first blood result received - Running email and SMS strategy end-to-end — including writing the copy, not just designing the flows - Defining customer segmentation logic and building behavioral personalization at scale - Optimizing subscription renewals and repeat purchase rates - Taking over and fixing our referral
- You move quickly from idea to execution, take full ownership of what you build, and work best with talented people who care as much as you do.
- You thrive in fast-moving environments, learn by doing, and treat feedback as fuel.
