- Responsibilities: - Own business performance management, KPIs, reporting, and operational reviews. - Build and manage key enablement tools such as QBRs, health scorecards, and product adoption dashboards. - Drive business enablement initiatives that improve customer and revenue outcomes. - Lead cross-functional operational improvements across go-to-market, customer success, and growth.

- Responsibilities: - Advise customers on AI adoption, workflow redesign, and organizational change. - Develop best practices and transformation frameworks. - Support customers in realizing measurable value from AI.
- Responsibilities: - Deliver insights, benchmarks, and reporting that help customers improve performance. - Measure AI adoption, business outcomes, and value creation. - Help shape customer-facing analytics and intelligence capabilities.
- WINNING & EXPANDING STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS Value Creation Objective: Quantify, communicate, and maximize the business value of AI transformation.
- Responsibilities: - Build ROI models, business cases, and value creation frameworks. - Support enterprise sales and strategic customer conversations. - Partner with private equity firms and portfolio companies on AI transformation opportunities.
