- Manage customer enquiries and support requests in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support the processing of purchase orders, invoices, and other financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate office supplies and general facility requirements.
Requirements
- experience in customer service, administration, reception, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
