  • About the Role As a Senior Solution Consultant specialising in Workforce Management and Payroll, you are essential to the sales cycle and play an important role on the Sales team.
  • If you are a proven presales Workforce Management and Payroll consultant and have strong functional knowledge and
  • experience gained through roles such as payroll practitioner, HCM enterprise solution Pre-Sales / Sales Payroll Consultant, and/or have a background in payroll application implementation, we’d love to speak to you.
  • Crafts detailed design and implementation specifications for sophisticated products/applications/solutions To assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services, and training.
  • To support the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.
  • To assist sales in the response to RFxs Participate in discovery sessions alongside sales to ask qualifying questions and understand struggles, current business processes, and ideal future state Uses in-depth ERP-product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations Ability to travel 50+% of the time About You You are an exceptional, dynamic presenter with excellent communication and influencing skills, specifically to a
  • experience in HCM systems and/or processes
  • Exposure to SaaS HR solutions from Workday, Oracle and SAP would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI as applied to the HR domain and
  • experience in positioning embedded or built-on-AI solutions to business and technology stakeholders
  • Strong orientation towards articulating the value of AI-driven solutions
  • Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects individually as well as working cross-functionally

Experience

  • Qualifications: . 5+ years in Presales and/or Services Consulting or other technical roles. 3+ years’
  • Outstanding professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to C-Level and senior administrators. . 5+ years in a Solution Consulting, sales consulting AND/OR implementation role. .
