- We work closely with Product, Infra, Biz and Platform Engineering to ensure what we learn in the field shapes how we build.
- As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work alongside a sharp, client-obsessed team who thrive on solving real-world problems at the intersection of Voice AI and enterprise operations.
- About the Role As a Forward Deployed Engineer in our Voice AI team, you will be the primary technical owner for client deployments on our B2B voicebot platform.
- You'll work directly with clients to understand their requirements, configure and deploy voicebot solutions, build customisations, resolve production issues, and ensure ongoing success- acting as the bridge between our platform's capabilities and the client's business needs.
