Responsibilities

Own and drive the roadmap for a new set of software experiences and related platform capabilities
Define user experiences that span connected devices, mobile apps, and supporting platform services
Navigate technical constraints across hardware, embedded software, mobile clients, and backend systems to create simple member experiences
Develop a strong point of view on where Oura can expand into new technology-enabled experiences over time
Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional partners to define success metrics and use data to improve outcomes

Strong technical fluency and the ability to work effectively with mobile, backend, embedded, and platform engineers •
Experience leading 0 to 1 or early-stage product initiatives from concept through launch
Proven ability to make high-quality product decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics
Experience with wearables, consumer electronics, identity, access, or other high-trust digital product areas •

5+ years of product management experience, ideally with 7+ years in consumer software or connected device products Strong

Region 2 $158,950 - $187,000
Region 3 $147,900 - $174,000
