About the Role Peak Era ABA https://peakeraaba.com is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join a supportive and growing ABA practice.

RBTs play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavior therapy to children and families.
You’ll work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans and help clients build essential skills.
Responsibilities - Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, clinic, or community settings - Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA - Collect and document accurate data on client progress - Participate in team meetings and ongoing training - Communicate professionally with families and team members
