Responsibilities
- Manage company data and prepare reports.
- Identify and resolve problems related to business operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team, Underwriting, Accounting, and Actuaries to integrate operations processes.
- Ensure operations comply with regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. Licenses & Certifications:
- Certified Automation Professional (CAP), Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certification in Process Excellence (CPE) is a plus.

- The target salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually.
- The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands.
- The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
