Responsibilities
- Program Execution: Deliver complex, high-profile technology programs on time, within budget, and aligned with mission requirements. Manage portfolios of $50M+.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders (including SVPs and government leadership). Build consensus and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Continuous Improvement: Design KPI dashboards and reporting metrics to drive executive decision-making. Document lessons learned and create internal/external guides to scale best practices.
- Proven track record of managing infrastructure modernization, platform automation, and operational efficiency in mission-critical environments. •

- Candidates must understand how government programs implement and utilize the following:
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6.
- Internet Security: DDoS mitigation, Firewalls, TLS, VPNs.
- Zero-Trust & Cloud: ZTNA/SASE concepts, identity management, and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Infrastructure & Ops: Basic administration of Windows, macOS, and Linux; exposure to infrastructure automation, scripting, or tooling.
