Senior Specialist - Social Media - Running

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all social media planning from conception to execution for our running campaigns, projects and events.
  • Develop and present brilliant ideas aimed at impacting running culture through social media to internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrate the ability to challenge conventions and the status quo, constantly seeking new ideas, methods, and technologies to improve social output Your story:
  • Proven track record of developing ideas and content strategies to deliver views and engagement across key channels like TikTok, Instagram, Strava and YouTube
  • Brief and manage external creative partners (photographers, content creators, agencies)

Requirements

  • experience working as a social media manager or social creative / social art director
  • Passionate about running. You have a deep understanding of what running means to different people of varying abilities, from your everyday runners to elite runners, and everything in between
  • Comfortable working autonomously with the ability to communicate efficiently with stakeholders of varying seniority
  • Ability to implement and work towards self-imposed deadlines and timings that align with wider teams
  • experience working in a high-performing team
