Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of specialty pharmacy and healthcare programs
Own project plans, timelines, risks, and execution (PMO leadership)
Drive cross-functional workstreams (clinical, IT/EMR, AI, 340B, payer)
Build scalable processes, playbooks, and continuous improvements What We’re Looking For

Preferred: Consulting background (Big 4 or boutique), specialty pharmacy or EMR experience, PMP/MBA

Compensation: $125,000 – $135,000 base + bonus + benefits
