Requirements
- What We're Looking For You must have Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
- You must have 5+ years of Information Technology experience.
- You must be knowledgeable of cybersecurity frameworks, controls, and best practices. You must have
- experience in Identity & Access Management, Network Segmentation, Vulnerability Management, Asset Management, or Detection & Response.
- You must have very good analytical, organizational, and communication skills. You must have
- experience working with diverse global teams.
- You must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and support change initiatives.
- What Will Set You Apart Knowledge of OT, cloud technologies, AI, and automation.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GICSP, or equivalent.
- Ability to influence and build alignment without direct authority.

- Summary of the role: As a Business Process Senior Analyst, you will support global cybersecurity initiatives across corporate, manufacturing, and regional IT environments.
- You will work with cross-functional teams to help drive adoption of cybersecurity programs, track performance, support change management efforts, and contribute to a stronger security culture across the organization.
- What You'll Do You will partner with global IT, OT, manufacturing, compliance, and business teams to support enterprise cybersecurity initiatives.
- You will monitor project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and adoption metrics.
- You will maintain dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and program reporting.
- You will communicate progress and value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You will support training, awareness, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- You will identify gaps and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- You will help develop cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
- You will collaborate on security designs and best-practice implementation.
