  • What We're Looking For You must have Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
  • You must have 5+ years of Information Technology experience.
  • You must be knowledgeable of cybersecurity frameworks, controls, and best practices. You must have
  • experience in Identity & Access Management, Network Segmentation, Vulnerability Management, Asset Management, or Detection & Response.
  • You must have very good analytical, organizational, and communication skills. You must have
  • experience working with diverse global teams.
  • You must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and support change initiatives.
  • What Will Set You Apart Knowledge of OT, cloud technologies, AI, and automation.
  • Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GICSP, or equivalent.
  • Ability to influence and build alignment without direct authority.

  • Summary of the role: As a Business Process Senior Analyst, you will support global cybersecurity initiatives across corporate, manufacturing, and regional IT environments.
  • You will work with cross-functional teams to help drive adoption of cybersecurity programs, track performance, support change management efforts, and contribute to a stronger security culture across the organization.
  • What You'll Do You will partner with global IT, OT, manufacturing, compliance, and business teams to support enterprise cybersecurity initiatives.
  • You will monitor project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and adoption metrics.
