Experience handling larger deal sizes or multi-location/group sales. - Exceptional sales process discipline, organizational standards, and CRM management. - A resilient mindset with the ability to thrive and lead by example in a high-intensity environment.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO ACCOMPLISH THE JOB - 3+ years of prior SaaS closing
The Sr. Strategic Outbound Account Executive (Sr AE 2) is the highest-level outbound sales role at Weave, reserved for top performing, proven sales professionals.
This individual will be responsible for maximizing new logos from our SDR team as well as self sourced logos.
The role will be measured strictly on high-value conversion. - Ramp Period: In office M-F 8 am–5 pm (First 120 days). - Post-Ramp Schedule: Hybrid (MTW 8 am–5 pm in office; Th/F flexible WFH). - Reports to: Director of Sales.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN - Manage a pipeline of SDR-fed opportunities and self-sourced opportunities from assigned leads - Maintain expectations of outbound dials, set appointments, and completed demos while balancing SDR fed opportunities - Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets with targeted conversion rates - Embrace proven methods to articulate and sell all Weave products & services.
experience (preferably in high-velocity or SMB sells). - Proven track record of cold calling, hunting, and building a self-sourced sales pipeline - Top-tier performance—consistently finishing in the top 10% of your peer group and exceeding quotas. -
