Responsibilities

Description Drive financial accountability across assigned programs and ensure delivery within approved budgets Design, plan, and execute technical programs aligned with Flightscape's strategic objectives and product roadmaps Coordinate closely with Development and Product teams to ensure roadmap alignment and on-time delivery Lead end-to-end program planning, including scope, resources, budget, schedule, dependencies, and milestones Establish and maintain governance frameworks, including program controls,

experience in program management or project management Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple organizational levels Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional
