Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process design and documentation for AI-enabled technology solutions prior to development and launch
- Establish process governance frameworks and change management protocols to ensure sustainable adoption Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
- Build deep relationships with division leaders to understand operational context, pain points, and strategic priorities
- Drive consensus and executive buy-in on process standards, technology decisions, and implementation timelines
- Lead process workshops and design sessions with stakeholders across all organizational levels AI & Technology Integration
- Design processes that optimize for AI-native workflows, automation opportunities, and intelligent decision support
- Monitor AI solution performance against process objectives and iterate based on data-driven insights Team Leadership & Development
- Manage a team of sales subject matter experts (2 direct reports initially, with growth potential)
- Build process engineering capabilities across Strategic Operations and embedded partner teams

Requirements
- This senior leader will work directly with business operations, sales subject matter experts, Lean, digital & marketing organization (DMO), and sales divisions to design, document, and implement processes that enable AI-powered technology solutions.
- This role reports to the VP of Revenue and Sales Operations and is critical to CHG's strategy of leveraging AI and advanced technology to transform our sales and delivery model.
- The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in business process engineering, a proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment on complex technology initiatives, and hands-on
- experience with AI applications in sales or operations environments.
- Experience with Salesforce platforms is highly valued.
- You excel at navigating ambiguity, building consensus across diverse stakeholder groups, and translating complex business challenges into clear process solutions.
- You bring intellectual curiosity about emerging AI technologies and how they can transform traditional business models.
- Translate AI capabilities into practical business process applications that drive measurable outcomes
- experience with AI applications in business operations, sales enablement, or process automation Hands-on
- experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom implementations)
- Background in sales operations, revenue operations, or go-to-market process design
- Experience in healthcare, professional services, or staffing industries
- Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt)
Benefits
- For this position, we offer a pay range of $163,700 -- $316,500 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience.
