Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft professional correspondence, internal communications, and presentations.
- Travel and Logistics: Plan and book seamless domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations.
- Coordinate department events, managing all logistics from agenda preparation and catering to venue securing and inviting attendees.
- Executive & Administrative Support: Serve as a strategic partner to five executives, proactively managing their daily needs.

- Experience working with office applications including Outlook, Google Drive, Google Slides, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Slack Other Preferred
- Experience supporting a Federal Government business vertical.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate executive needs and manage schedules to promote the most effective use of time.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently with general guidance.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience
- Qualifications: 5+ years of executive support and/or project coordination experience, supporting multiple senior level executives.
