Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing initiatives and promotional pricing strategies.
  • Manage customer engagement through sales calls, activity tracking, and weekly reporting.
  • Conduct monthly fleet surveys for Target Accounts to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Lead and participate in Retread Plant Tours to educate customers.
  • Drive retread sales growth, including mounted wheel programs.
  • Build strong customer and internal relationships to support satisfaction and results.

Requirements

  • While the position may be based in various states (preferably South-Central to Southwest), the successful candidate must have flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED. Direct selling
  • experience in a business to business (B2B) environment.
  • Experience managing a sales team in business to business (B2B) environment. An understanding of commercial tire product applications and
  • experience in the field of auto, light truck, commercial and off-the-road tire products is desired.
