  • Manage executive correspondence, communications, and inquiries while exercising sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Prepare, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and other business documents using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including air travel, accommodations, ground transportation, and related logistics.
  • Review and compile data to prepare reports and support executive and departmental business activities.
  • Maintain organized filing, recordkeeping, and follow-up systems to ensure efficient office operations and support business objectives.

Requirements

  • What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • experience with demonstrated knowledge of company practices and organizational structure.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to effectively use business systems and technology.

Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years of executive or administrative support experience, or 3+ years of Goodyear secretarial
