- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related IT field
- experience with Google Workspace administration and LDAP
- Expertise in client platform management including Kandji, JAMF, Intunes or Ivanti Go
- Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS, Windows and GNU/Linux environments
- Solid understanding of networking including Ethernet and WiFi protocols, TCP/IP and corporate infrastructure basics
- Familiarity with videoconferencing equipment and associated services
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or n8n
- experience in a similar technical role within a fast-paced organization Now, it would be ideal if you have:
- Proficiency in French or another European language
- Experience with Cisco network equipment
