Responsibilities
- Coordinate project planning and execution across business functions and internal/external service providers to ensure satisfactory project delivery POSITION
- Project planning including scope definition, establishing project budget and preparation and approval of capital expenditure request documents.
Requirements
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Associate degree in facilities management, construction, or engineering related field with 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and general PC skills required Thorough understanding of building codes Understanding and adhering to established organizational policies Ability to accomplish work with minimal direct supervision Proficient communication skills - written and verbal PAY RANGE: $90,039.00 - $139,561.00 CULTURE AND
