Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies and regulations, coordinate with HR on data updates, and assist with payroll audits by providing required documentation.
- Analyze payroll data to uncover trends and discrepancies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current payroll systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance.

- Knowledge of payroll software and data analytics tools (TMF platform experience) •
- Experience with HR information systems (Workday)
- Knowledge of compliance regulations in EMEA payroll
- Knowledge of payroll auditing processes
- Knowledge of payroll tax regulations across EMEA countries
- Problem-solving mentality, solid organizational skills, ability to multitask and work independently
- Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze payroll data to identify and address discrepancies
- Ability to craft your calendar with flexible locations and schedules for many roles
