Responsibilities
- Implement, develop, and monitor GPS pillars across business centers and operational units.
- Conduct performance audits and layered process audits to ensure process compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Support and execute daily management system activities to improve production performance and accountability.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions related to production optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track replication plans and supports the implementation of best practices across Goodyear manufacturing sites.
- Prepare reports, perform system analysis activities, and contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Requirements

- What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree Good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office tools.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leaders.
- Experience with audits, reporting, or process improvement initiatives is considered an advantage.
