Requirements

  • You’ll work across engineering, product, sales, and business development teams to connect Reddit’s capabilities to the evolving needs of the market.
  • These builds may occur in Reddit’s systems or directly within the client’s or partner’s codebase.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on coding expertise in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Node.js), with a focus on backend or API development.
  • Proven ability to contribute directly to external integrations and prototype in partner environments.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, OAuth2 / OpenID Connect, and modern SDK patterns.
  • experience presenting complex technical and business ideas to both internal leadership and external stakeholders. Preferred
  • Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem and how Reddit’s platform aligns with industry trends and standards.
  • experience through tooling, documentation, or ecosystem standards.

Experience

  • 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong track record of owning end-to-end technical projects, including cross-org coordination.
