Responsibilities
- EHS performance reporting — Ensure accurate and timely reporting of EHS&S metrics and KPIs. Develop plant-level AOP goals aligned with regional and global EHS&S targets. Special EHS

- EHS initiative execution — Lead the implementation and execution of key EHS&S initiatives (including but not limited to risk assessment, incident investigation, safety training, EHS audit and contractor management) that support the achievement of Goodyear’s EHS&S objectives and the facility’s business goals.
- PEC committee support — Support and participate in the People and Environmental Care (PEC) Steering Committee.
- Play a key role in developing and sustaining PEC subcommittees that enhance compliance, drive EHS&S performance improvement, and engage floor associates in EHS&S management and continuous improvement.
