Responsibilities
- Support the creation and optimisation of automated nurture journeys and contact strategies to engage brokers and customers Assist in delivering personalised digital campaigns across email, social, and other channels in line with account based marketing (ABM) strategies Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversion Contribute ideas for testing new approaches, tools, and ways of working to improve campaign effectiveness Work
Requirements
- experience in a marketing role. We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds, particularly those with hands-on
- experience in email marketing, campaign delivery, or marketing automation.
- Experience: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, ideally including a placement year or 1–2 years’
- experience in a digital marketing, CRM, or campaign role Basic understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and customer journeys (academic or practical
- experience considered) Strong communication skills, with good attention to detail and organisation Exposure to marketing tools such as CRM or automation platforms (e.g.
