Responsibilities

- Lead HR process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or system enhancements.
- Maintain strong communication channels between HR stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
- Support system upgrades, implementations, and integrations related to HR functions such as core HCM, recruiting, onboarding, performance, and time tracking.
- Perform impact analyses for proposed changes in HR systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop documentation including process maps, functional specs, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
Requirements
- What you will bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of
- experience in business systems analysis, with a strong focus on HR processes and technologies Demonstrated
- experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes (hire-to-retire) and their interdependencies Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, Agile environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences Prior
